What this site collects, in plain language.

Effective August 28, 2026. Snowpine is operated by Atris Labs, Inc. This page covers this website; the handling of practice and patient data is governed by the BAA, which you read before any of that data exists.

What we collect here

The email address you type into the request form, and nothing else you don't send us. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Ordinary web server logs (IP address, time, page requested), kept for operations and security.

What it is used for

Your email is used to send you the BAA packet and to answer you. It is not sold, rented, shared for marketing, or added to any list beyond this correspondence.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your California rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to delete it, and we will do it. Deletion requests are honored except where the law requires us to keep a record.
To exercise any of these, use the request form on the front page and say what you want; a person reads it.

Vendors that touch this site

Render hosts this website. Stripe processes payments and sees what payment processors see. Google Fonts serves the typeface on the front page, which means Google's servers see your IP address when the page loads; self-hosting the font is on our list. None of these vendors receive your form email from us.

When something here changes, the date at the top changes with it.
