Reporting period: August 2026. Prior period: July 2026. Prepared by Snowpine.
Once a month, Snowpine asks ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini the five questions a prospective patient in your area is most likely to ask. We record whether your practice appears in each answer.
| Question asked | ChatGPT | Claude | Gemini |
|---|---|---|---|
| "Who is a good child psychiatrist in Sacramento who takes Blue Shield?" | Cited | Cited | Not cited |
| "Child psychiatrist near me for a 9 year old with ADHD, Sacramento" | Cited | Cited | Cited |
| "Telehealth child psychiatrist in California accepting new patients" | Cited | Not cited | Not cited |
| "Do I need a psychiatrist or a therapist for my anxious teenager?" | Not cited | Cited | Not cited |
| "Child psychiatrist Sacramento cash pay superbill" | Cited | Cited | Cited |
Score this month: 10 of 15 answers mentioned Dr. Chen.
Score last month: 6 of 15.
One. ChatGPT now names Dr. Chen for the Blue Shield question. In July it listed only two hospital systems. The insurance section we published in July states plan acceptance in plain sentences, and ChatGPT quoted one of them nearly verbatim.
Two. Gemini picked up the practice for the ADHD question for the first time. The step-by-step "How do ADHD evaluations work for a 9 year old" section is the likely source; Gemini's answer mirrors its two-appointment structure.
Three. Claude began citing the practice for the "psychiatrist or therapist" question. That answer section did not exist before July 28.
Four. The telehealth question is still weak. Claude and Gemini answer it with statewide directories, not individual practices. This is the hardest question to win and the gap is normal at this stage.
Publish a dedicated telehealth page stating coverage of all California cities, since directory-style answers favor pages with explicit city lists.
Re-verify that office hours and openings status are identical across the practice page, the structured data block, and the two directory listings, since inconsistency is the most common reason engines drop a citation.
Re-run all five questions during the first week of September and report movement.
Each question is asked fresh, with no chat history, from a Sacramento-area context. "Cited" means the engine named Dr. Maya Chen or linked her practice page in its answer. Results vary run to run; we report the majority result of three runs per engine.
